Making a Booking with us and let us know when you want our team to come in for the inspection.

Our team comes in

Our team of trained individuals will come in, inspect the property, test all appliances and prepare comprehensive report for your move-in or move-out

Report submitted

Depending on the size of the property, reports are usually submitted within 2-5 days to clients.

Follow-up

During the 30 day defect period, the tenant / landlord can give feedback to us to update the report
